Continued research into and practice with locking mechanisms has bestowed upon you a greater ability to install locks, utilizing locksmithing tools, upon doors and certain containers. Allows for the use of locksmithing tools upon player-owned doors, certain containers, and special doors. Upon installation of a lock upon a door or container, the following formulas are used: Required skill to attempt picking of lock: Engineering Skill - 20%. Minimum Lock Level: (Engineering Skill - 20) Maximum Lock Level: (Engineering Skill - 10) Lock Complexity Picking Time: (Engineering Skill/5) seconds
