Description of Ability

You have continued your mastery of the art of moving stealthy while in armor, and are able to stealth about in lighter armors with ease. Reduces penalties to stealthing in armor by an additional 10% (for a total of 40%), offering more stealth steps and the ability to stealth in heavier armors.
