Description of Ability

The Collatian Dynasty, known colloquially as ‘The Old Dynasty’ in most circles, is a mysterious footnote in the official Decusian timeline. It is believed by some that the Collatian culture and bloodlines have been systematically eradicated from the annals of history by a concerted effort by the Decusian Church. Despite this, the Old Dynasty is often renowned to have been comprised of some of the most fiercest warriors and mystics known to Eden. Through some chance of fate, you have managed to acquire a few pages out of the Collatian fighting handbook, and thus, are able to channel your energy while practicing the martial arts into sapping the mental strength of your opponents; a notable feature prominent among the Old Dynasty's postulants. Unlocks the [CollatianTactics command, which allows the fighter to convert 20% of their normal damage into mana damage. Regular resist and armor values are still applied to this conversion, with half of the original intended HP damage to a target being converted into raw mana damage. While in this form, you will not be able to deliver critical hit conditions.
