Bestows an additional +10% chance to receiving an Infusion reward, for a total bonus of +30% (all levels). Increases Infusion reward for Tier I items by +3, +5 for Tier II items, and +10 for Tier III items. Increases Infusion gained when crafting Pyrotechnical ordinances by 30%.
