Description of Ability

Your efforts in mastering the art of dual-wielding has granted you a better grasp upon how to accurately land attacks when engaged in combat. Reduces Hit Chance Increase penalty for Main Hand weapon when wielding an Off-Hand weapon from 20% to 15%. Reduces Hit Chance Increase penalty for Off-Hand weapon when wielding an Off-Hand weapon with a Main-Hand weapon from 25% to 20%. Critical Hit Chance with Off-Hand weapons (excluding fists) is increased by an additional one percent (for a total bonus of +2%). Bare handed fighting does not activate Hit Chance Increase reductions.
