Having mastered the basic ins and outs of dual-wielding, you can recognize the offensive benefits of certain off-handed weapons, and are able to utilize said instruments in helping dispatch your enemies with greater ease. Unlocks offensive related Special Weapon Moves for all off-handed weapons and tools (applies only to off-hand weapons that are offensive in nature).
