Glasses can be dyed using the Dye Cloth/ Leather Item reward from the Veteran Reward Menu accessed by [legacy.

The special dyes look a whooooooole lot better on glasses than what dye tubs come up with anyway. Dye tub colors just make the glasses look flat. =/
