A somewhat tall elderly woman with the physique of a declining templar. Though one cannot tell at a glance, her most notable feature is that her tongue has been mangled.
Briefly state your character’s intentions for entering the First Province:
Ms Starikovich retired in the First Province, eschewing the cushy life of a trainer and intending to risk her remaining years taking the fight to the Torment. Of course, she was also lying in hot water since she was dabbling in the arcane in order to ease her pains.
Briefly provide the pertinent details of your character’s history:
- Trained Templars following years of active service.
- Started dabbling in that which she was to suppress towards the end of her life.
- Retired in the First Province in order to gain freedom and to be useful.
- Joined up with the VIC, though the partnership did not flourish into anything before the survivors fled to the Plantation. That is where she was assaulted by mercenaries, who took her tongue for a transgression against them.
Briefly write an in-character response to the following scenario:
The old woman presented herself with vim and vigor to the officiant who had their doubts about her ability to even survive in the First Province. Whether her zeal was admirable or embarrassing was for one to decide, but she had a valid visa and thus was allowed to pass. She spent a good while in Praesidium before she joined the survivors at the Plantation. Once her tongue was severed, she had trouble communicating with people and was reduced to stalking the wilds in search of game to sell in exchange for sustenance.
