CONSTRUCTION TO BEGIN ON DELUXE APARTMENTS AND COMMERCIAL SPACE
Citizens of Fort Praesidium, rejoice! The eyesore and downright unsafe burned structure in the northwest of Prae’s central district is not long for this world. The old debris will be salvaged followed by the construction of a brand-new, state-of-the-art building with numerous amenities! This is all made possible through a joint effort between the Foundry and various concerned citizens of the First Province.
This apartment complex tentatively known as The Bear’s Den (final name pending) shall be a three floored structure with steam powered exterior lights. The commercial space available on the first floor will be a great place for budding businesses to start from. The second floor will contain several spacious apartments and a communal water closet. The top floor will be larger private residences with their own steam powered lighting and private plumbing.
Many supplies are needed to see the construction through to completion. With the Foundry providing much of the labor to make and install these modern amenities the supplies needed for them will be coming from the citizens of the province. The total amount of supplies needed, and their purpose are as follows:
5000 units of iron for the Foundry to make into nails and other building material.
300 units of copper for the Foundry to spin into wire for the steam powered lighting.
300 units of sand for the Foundry to blow into glass.
20 units of pesticides and 20 units of fungicide to treat the old damaged wood will allow
5000 planks to be salvaged and used to construct additional barricades around Fort Praesidium against the Torment.
The 10,000 planks of lumber for the walls and flooring have already been secured.
All parties interested in donating supplies and/or labor are encouraged to stop by the roof of the tavern on 20 Goldleaf at 9:00 PM (EST) to celebrate a ceremonial breaking of ground! Most are welcome! Large resource crates will be set up afterwards for everyone to begin dropping supplies off at.

A series of posters around Fort Praesidium
Re: A series of posters around Fort Praesidium
Matteo wearily pulled his cart for what seemed to be the hundredth time around the blackened debris. However, there was victory on his countenance as he lay the very last planks he had promised to surrender. Nobody could say he wasn't a man of his word.
