The bulk storage vessels available for rent in fort praesidium are in direct conflict with requiem's game design. For a paltry sum you can hide away some of your most valuable items in a way that is not only inaccessible to other players but also rewards you for not paying for it for months on end, as you can always just access your stuff whenever you feel like it.
The point of requiem not allowing items in the bank, to my understanding, is to prevent this sort of get-out-of-conflict free situation. With the advent of player made bulk storage containers this feature is even more egregious.
Burn down the building and replace it with something that contributes to the game.
