Subtle Assassination - Cooldown false advertisement

In the perk description, it says 'Subtle Assassination has a cool-down of 2 minutes between uses, but in actual use trying to use it again while on cool-down it indicates 3 minutes between uses. I believe in actual practice it is the three minutes.

In testing this multiple times, I have found that after two minutes elapse that I am able to utilize [subtleassassination again. The "warning" you get after using the ability does state that it takes three minutes to cooldown though.
