The grinder does grind the power word but give out nothing. Dunno if it's a bug or intended?

They grind down to ground resources like ground batwing or ground wyrms heart. They don't show up in the text list but after you grind if you hit the button a second time it'll place all the ground resources in your backpack. This works with anything you ground too so if you grind up a bunch of items that all produce 1-2 logs when you hit the button it'll automatically loot the grinder and stack all the like-materials in your backpack.
