Requiem Shard

A masterwork Draping Sash won't aceept 10 skill clothing patches, claiming they are capped at 60 skill and there's no room for more. However, the sash has no other skill patch attached. I tried to remove skill bonuses from said sash, but it didn't change the error message.

Same thing for a pair of pin stripped pants, a simple jerkin, and a fancy waistsash. They all said there were already too many patches but none had been applied. Not sure if this is by design with the patch changes.
