Please move the pocket-watch to the off-hand. The inverse, the cane being moved, would be less ideal as proper use of a cane employs it on the 'strong' side as a rule. See below

I've added a this to my to-do in making alternate visuals for both the cane and pocketwatch - which we can then use in the "Customize" action on the drop down context-click menu. Easy to do, I just need to sit down in photoshop and make the alternates.

The cane should also be layer-able as its just cosmetic, I'll note that too.
