Requiem Shard

Are there any known bugs of claim flags sitting in chests to decay at random? Mine that was behind two locked doors and inside a locked chest is suddenly gone and nothing else is missing.

I had a decent amount of gold and animus invested into it.

Left sitting here scratching my head.
