Pricing shall work as follows:

Customer will buy materials for the item requested. If the item is a crafted good. Exceptions can be made. However, it is preferred the materials are purchased from our stores. This is non-refundable. The customer will pay a labor fee after work is completed. The customer will get the best product from the lot.

For weapons and armor, one can rent a loaner to be returned upon work completion. Labor price will be discussed before any purchases are made. There will be no quality assurance. Only that the customer will receive the best of the lot.
