- Houses with no claim should decay over the course of 15 days, rather then as low as 4.5 days.
- Houses fully within a claim area will not decay.

- Crash fix for runic spells
- Updates to a peculiar totem, max charges 20.
- Spells, mainly buffs will have increased duration.
- Decayed houses that leave a townhouse bag will have the last owners name attached.
- Townhouses up for renewal will make change from gold in your bank to pay in silver.

- tollo doctrina umbra mana cost are requirements lowered some. both were too high.
- renuo magus contego res mana cost lowered.
- Increased the max bumpy distance when placing claim structures to +-5 from +-3.
- When inside the build area of a placed building the player will be moved higher +7 instead of to the ban location (potentially in a river).
- The "Ownership" tab for houses will now properly show up for the house owner.
