off-hand weapon skill

So it seems when you view the item lore of off-hand weapons, such as off-hand daggers, it shows the weapon skill being used to be wrestling. I'm not too sure if that's done on purpose or not, but I'd like to suggest it using the appropriate weapon skill. IE: off-hand dagger = fencing, off-hand sword = swords, etc.

I think if it's on the list no bump is needed
