Just wondering if it's intention for failures when making faction bulk food stores to burn/waste all of the materials? Seems out of step with other crafting failures that take a portion of the materials, and indeed the failure message itself.

Maybe it would be easier to issue a refund for any time unused. At the rate of ~6 copper per hour.
