Do you have any prior experience with Requiem? If so, please detail when (and what characters, if desired) you previously played: Widows Port (briefly) and Act 5 Briefly summarize your prior role-playing experience in a sentence or two: I've sunk a lot of hours into Requiem, and years of D&D ta...

Re: New player indicators
As a newb myself, I don't know if I get a vote or not, but if so I'd like to cast a vote *against* this. Make it ruthlessly unforgiving! :P I reckon that us neophytes, if curious about why that nice man is lopping off our heads, can always go on Discord and ask while we're rolling new characters! P...

Re: Does anyone actually feel mages are oppressed?
I love the idea of giving anti-mages, even anti-decusian pagan RP hubs to commit to their RP without sacrificing mechanical progression or causing conflict. Maybe Briars Hollow could a VIC enforced anti-mage hub for such players? Outside looking in - magic seems to be incredibly fun for those who pu...

Re: A Slight Tweak to the Generated Loot System
I think that's a fair response er: shields. I'd personally be in favor of less "magical" item loot and a way to modify loot via augments (Again, I don't think mob loot gets augment slots? Maybe it's just super rare?), or better yet maybe just some random natural bonuses like crafted items ...

Re: A Slight Tweak to the Generated Loot System
I had access to a chest of shields last night and all but one didn't' have some variation of mage armor / FCI / etc. on it. It just feels like it needs a slight adjustment so this is a little less the norm. I have yet to meet a mage who uses weapons/armor/shields. I don't foresee issues with mages o...

Re: Farming reagents (e.g. mandrake) might need a balance pass
Want to +1 this, and nudge it to to the top again.
A fungicide takes 2 Fortifying Agents to make, so if you're using a bottle on a mandrake plant you're spending 8 Mandrake root to save your mandrake plant and - at best - you're barely breaking even.

Re: Salvaging and Dismantling
I love this. I also want to suggest the possibility of allowing engineers (Since they utilize pioneering already) to dismantle/recycle abandoned houses: specifically claim-less houses. They take a lot of lumber/stone and it's a shame if for whatever reason you're looking to move or upgrade to a 14x1...
