Was in bright lantern grinding a few objects and had collected a few arrows off corpses. I decided to grind them assuming they couldn't be ground, or that I'd get feathers or shafts. I got Fine Firearm Powder instead. Maybe that is intended, but it seems an odd item to get back from arrows.
