Sure. It's more about Frenzied whirlwind being useless against a single enemy and even against the targeted enemy. More often than not, you wanna avoid getting swarmed by medium to strong monsters. Frenzied whirlwind does nothing to a single enemy, and it does not trigger any extra dmg or DoT. Even after recent changes, rage skill is OP and FoTM. 100% DI plus 20% increase in chance to crit? Extra HP? Extra Stam? It's just too much for a 100% skill cap. Other Stratagems are very weak in comparison.

I would love an option to refund my perks. I have invested 147 Animus to end up with a 14% chance to parry (dualwield), so it would be nice to get it back and test other skills.
