Jokes on you nerds, I just say a few fancy words and ANY water is clean water! But yeah, it doesn't make much sense for a lot of the clean water sources to be clean.

I already suggested this before too, but I've understood that there is a design baseline when it comes to magic utility skills that copy, or increase skills players usually have to actually raise to enjoy, that a mage should be able use 50% of the full potential of such a skill through the use of s...

I really like the Magic Unlock suggestion, +1 on that.
I'm also not particularly reliant on any of the skill boost/set spells, though I believe the loss of Precision heavily affects my PvP survivability (theoretically, never tested).

I have been told they are intended to be throughout the forest biomes (i.e. standard 'temperate' forest). And the other couple random spawns I've seen were in said forests, but were one-off instances, compared to the one specific area that they spawn semi-regularly.

Can confirm that I only know of one location where it spawns reliably (closely guarded secret). I have found maybe 2-3 in other locations, but despite travelling by those locations several times again, never seen another. I've heard speculation spawns elsewhere may only occur on some server restarts.

That seems fine to me, given the other penalties and requirements associated with platemail. Definitely seems intended given the simple trend of 10 seconds unarmored, 9 seconds light, 8 seconds medium, 7 seconds heavy.

I believe I've seen confirmed elsewhere that casting 'deadspots' is intended and usually around specific areas where I assume there is a lore reason for it. I've seen those skills brought up as counting as casting before. I can't imagine they should be affected by those 'deadspots', however.
