Doctor Hanlon,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I have recently taken notice of your requests for raw material in relation to your practice, and would like to offer what quantities I have in fair trade. If you would be so kind to arrange a time and place to meet, I would gladly make the trip.

I was glad to receive your letter. Meeting in Fort Prae is usually easiest for me and I can make myself available with relative ease. I will be available there most of today, if that works but I do make the trip at least once a day if that does not.
