At that point Matteo was hugging about ten bottles, another between his chin and chest as he strode towards Veronica:

- That's what I'm 'avin', lassie - he said, practically shoving them onto the saleswoman.
- Is that all, sir? - she smiled, frantically trying to wrap everything up nicely within a cushioned bag.
- Nay, ya don't 'ave 'em empty jars? Need 'em fer varnish! Damn bottles' mouth too narrow.
- Empty glass jars? Yes, I assume we can accomodate that order. How many of them?
- Dunno, lots! Twentay. No, make it thirtay! Ya wrote it down?
- Yes, sir, I'll pass it along to my employer!
- Ya do that - he said, grabbing the bag and leaving a handful of scattered coins over the counter - Be back soon to check 'ere. 'Ave a good one!

He waved the back of his hand and left, the bottles clinking inside the bag tossed on his shoulder.

*Holding a crate full of wares meronym finally reaches her shop, nodding to the other workers her eyes stop on Veronica as she waves her over excitedly* Got you an order Miss Mero! it's for thirty empty glass jars. He said he would be back to check for them soon. *Meronym smiles in delight at this* Good Good, it'll give my hands something to do. If you see him tell him i'll have them back here within a few hours yes? *nods to Veronica* Thank you for taking the order i'll make sure to bring everyone some dinner when I come back. Keep up the good work, I like being able to fill needs of our customers.
*Meronym disperses the goods she brought with her, picking up the crate and heads back home*

Matteo browses the new shipment frantically, moving stuff hastily from box to box until he approaches Veronica in two broad steps.

- Where are 'em bottles? Fer me oil o' tools 'n' small blades?
- Uhm, aren't there any?
- Not one, missy! What 'bout me jars? Also missin'!
- I-I'm sorry, sir, I'll make sure-
- You betta! Don't fancy comin' all tha way to come back with just wind!
- Of course, sir. How many should I order with Miss D'vore?
- Get fiftay o' 'em bottles and thirtay more jars, a'ight?
- Sure thing - Veronica nods, writing the request on a small piece of parchment.
- Mmkay! Fer yer troubles on me yellin' - he said, putting a ten-piece copper upon her note - Get me 'em things fast and I'll tip ya again. And 'ave a good one.

He walks off with a small box under his arm, as empty as it was when he first walked into Meronym's store.

*Veronica, in a tissey carefully places the jars together and the bottles together placing a note on top of each that they are special order for mister matteo* Thank Decus she got these made in a hurry. She better keep them made, seems he needs them quite often *she dusts off her hands and returns to rearranging the other items displayed*
