Matteo had already a respectable lumber pile a few paces away, but he halted mid-swing and squinted, slightly surprised. The lumberjack reached for the pamphlet and tore it off the tree, moving towards sunlight to read it. Should the man be interested in shaving, it reminded him of an Aedenshyrian wandering veteran who left his kit to be sharpened yet never returned. Matteo figured he might be interested in that, so folded the pamphlet into the workings of his sandal lacings. Later he would tack the paper close to the tavern's mural, briefly annotated with the Commonfolk Hall's address and a scant description of a tanned bald man to be sought after.
