Map Patch Notes

Wilderness - A road east of Fort Prae has been leveled to be even terrain. Horses will no longer plow through mounds of dirt in their path.

Wilderness - Hills around Fort Prae have been evened out to look more natural.

Wilderness - A patch of empty forest terrain near the southern mage tower is now a grassy field.

Fort Prae, Old Town - The Backstage Bistro’s second floor was remodeled to suit patrons of discerning taste.

Fort Prae, Old Town - Something secret has been added.

Fort Prae, Market Street - Homes have had a few renovations. Most stairs have been rerouted to be less intrusive in pathways towards doors. Some exterior walls were dropped to become open porches. Windows were added to rentals that lacked a view to the outside.

Fort Prae, Housing - All active rentals have had their interior decorating purged; but certain features such as stoves and fireplaces remain intact. Looking in on existing rentals, they were pretty crowded with the way everyone was storing their things. We wanted to give players more freedom to set up and design their living space.

Fort Prae, Hearth and Hale Tavern - Based upon player feedback, the tavern needed a change to be more conducive for socializing. The layout of the first floor has been completely redecorated with more spaces to congregate and a shortened bar. The upstairs lounge area has been shifted around for better flow. The upstairs private seating area has been converted into a private party room. Rentable rooms have been cleaned up. The roof has been modified for bigger social gatherings.

Fort Prae, Signed and Sealed - The scribe’s shop now hosts empty shelves to be used as a public library.

Fort Prae - Various wear and tear has been added to buildings. Wood and plaster chimney stacks have been replaced with stone chimneys.

Briars Hollow - The lights have gone out and decay has crept into Briars Hollow.

Ooks - Fixed windows that were floating below z-Level

Foreboding Mansion - Dyed the asset grey chairs to a more suitable environmental color.

Lighting - New lamps have been installed in the Foundry, Fort Prae Fort, and an area not yet accessible.

Eyeless Dungeon - The dungeon’s exterior entrance has been modified to reflect its interior.

Old Monastery - The Ashwalkers took up residence in catacombs formerly belonging to the Venerated Inquisition. The Ashwalkers didn’t really vibe well with a bunch of witch hunter aesthetics, so they whipped the place into a design of their own. During renovations, they opened up crypts that were long forgotten. And they have begun to dig a mining operation of their own. The Ashwalker dungeon is now double the size it once was.

Camping Corsairs - Pirates are now a bit more settled into various regions and have established camps.

Highway Zealotry - Zealots wandering the wilderness set up base camps for their nefarious activities.

??? - A location has been made more accommodating for the arrival of very important guests.

??? - An as of yet released dungeon has been expanded upon.

??? - A small overlooked area of an existing hunting ground has been decorated.

??? - A vista beyond reach, but visible from afar, was altered to fit a theme.

Server Update Notes

Fixed [lore SoulCharge and ReactiveParalyze info to reflect how they work on armor.

Changed Levitate so that you can no longer levitate and then cast teleport or mass teleport.

Increased the mana cost of Bless Corpse to 25 from 5.

Carny and Street Rat no longer get smoke bombs as starting items.

Simple Smoke Bomb items from the Carny and Street Rat background can now be used.

Bleed vs npcs bonus damage lowered to 150% damage from 200%. Additionally healing via Grit will heal through the bleed effect rather then removing the bleed and stopping the heal. Combat ability Mortal Wound still blocks grit healing until it is cleared.

Added [CombatMessages for ReflectPhysical and added a check for minimum effective damage.
