Two-handed sword tactics

The 2h sword, "two-handed sword" gives tactics gains as well as two-handed tactics gains.

I recall Sic saying this is intended, with a 25% chance to gain.

Yes, they implemented it about 1 week after release. So warriors that're going for both tactics and 2-h tactics won't have to switch between different weapons all the time, or something like that.
