Description:

-M- was raised in fairly fortunate surroundings in Paeldern. His father being a rather wealthy trader lead to him to have whatever he needed whenever he needed it. This boon required that he act certain ways to further the family name, something that -M-didn't really vibe with. He would often act out or in a manner his father deemed inappropriate to their standing. This struggle continued for years, till -M- one day had enough of it and took a considerable bit of coin from his father's safe and left at the age of sixteen.

He had no real plan or goal, only to be out from under the stifling nature of his father. -M- wandered the provinces going from city to city enjoying everything he could about life. He did this for roughly thirty years before -M- felt an urge that couldn't be satiated by booze, women, and any other manner of indulgence. He felt unfulfilled, as though he had no life's purpose. He took some time and deep thought on how he might best achieve such a fulfillment until it came to him. He could achieve his goal of wandering the provinces while helping people that typically get left out in the cold. Rather than visit the larger cities and waste his time -M- then began traveling the provinces once more, only this time he took himself to every village and small town he could find, helping where he could. Everything from chopping wood and gathering resources to even getting in a few brawls when the fighting was either unwarranted or drastically unfair.

He continued this much more fulfilling life for decades, even earning himself the nickname the grey wanderer in his later years. For the weather-worn old man would wander into an area and help best he could, leaving just as quickly as he came. The longest amount of time -M- had spent in a single province had now become the First Province. The perils of the province kept him more than occupied, but the drive of his age played the bigger force on his mind. -M- knew his years were few, and he needed to feel like he had made a real difference in the world.
