::A notice is placed on the bulletin board in the fort Prea pub, the craft hall and outside of the First Torian Legion's gates::

Let be known through out the North that Jakell Wormwood and Flynn Barrigan have been found guilty of the crimes of arson and theft against the people of Highfield. Both Jakell Wormwood and FLynn Barrigan are banished from the northern lands and may be removed by any methods necessary. If found in the northern lands and apprehended, they may be brought to the First Torian Legion's fort for a modest reward.
