A Witch Warrant: "The Crimson Shrouded"

A dangerous Witch has been discovered among Fort Praesidium's residents!

A Diabolicus practicing the Unholy Arts has been ambushing unsuspecting Faithful in the Monastery of Aiwella.

The Witch is a capable Dae-worshipper; they are able to turn even an Eldra Illin into an Undead Puppet under their command and can conjure a variety of Spells, such as a potent lightning strike. They are likely to skulk in the Shadows from which they gain their Arcane Might and prefer to attack by ambush as their prey focus on culling the Undead.

The Witch is known to be a pale-skinned woman that has been seen to wear a Crimson colored Hooded Shroud. They have been overtaken by the Throne of Murder and may well attempt to end the life of any Faithful they manage to overcome.

An Undead Puppet controlled by a Diabolicus behaves differently than usual; they do not instantly attack any living being they see, but instead only do so on their Master's command. Upon encountering an oddly behaving Undead it is safe to assume that the Diabolicus may be hiding nearby.

The Diabolicus is a potent Sorcerer and thirsts for Blood of the Faithful. Investigation discovered that it has worn clothing tailored by Lumi of the Order of Decus. This signifies that they are likely to frequent Fort Praesidium under a false identity and hide their Daemonolatry well.

Any Faithful should seek to bring them to the Flame, however it is important to approach with caution and be careful even within the Fort.

The Vigil is offering two gold coins for anyone slaying the Witch and delivering their Diabolic Tomes, or one gold coin for clues that lead to discovery of the Witch's identity.
