Handwritten Letters to Allies and Friends

*Handwritten letters trimmed in black ribbon and sealed with de Ravin red wax are delivered by courier to friends and allies of the Parish and known associates of Josephine.*

It is with the heaviest of hearts and deepest sorrow that the de Ravin family and Parish informs you of the loss of Commandant Josephine de Ravin.

On the 30th of Flowerbloom upon the fields outside the village of Teneborough, a mortal blow was dealt our sister during battle. Many lives were regrettably extinguished during the fray but none leave us as bereft. She died with honor, defending a cause she felt justified and a family she loved above all else.

A memorial will be held prior to committing her mortal coil to the cleansing flames of Decus on the 1st of Greengrass at (7pm CST/8pm EST). All who wish to pay their final respects, and do so peacefully, are welcome to join the family at the Parish.

May her sacrifice and the legacy of good she brought to this world remain a beacon of hope to all who called her friend, ally, lover, and sister.

In the middle of an otherwise sunny day, a powerful scream could be heard coming from one of the forrests of the First province. The skies darkened with unnatural clouds over a small clearing where a messenger had just arrived. A storm of fire and lightning plunged into the forest, driving all wildlife away. It calmed after a few minutes, only to cease as mysteriously as it had appeared.

A distraught messenger, smelling of his own shit, could be seen awkwardly fleeing from area while pulling back the rearof his pants.

Anyone who later visited the area would find a small clearing charred by the storm, save for a small circle in its middle.
