14x14 Front door lock

When trying to remove locks from the front doors of the new 14x14 house the lock kits do not work. There is no error code or anything, the kit just doesn't do anything. Have had this problem with three of the houses now, and each time a staff member had to clear the front doors of the locks so they could be replaced.

I believe it was also an issue with the two inside doors also? yes?
