Cooked Vegetables Not Giving Thirst

This is an odd bug. I noticed when you eat many of the cooked vegetables, it shows your Hunger percentage goes up, but your Thirst percentage remains the same. As if they were meant to give some sort of thirst increase as well.

The only time this is different was in a test where I ate a bowl of peas, and my thirst was at 95% and Hunger at 90%, it put both of them up to 100%. I'm thinking it only gives you the Thirst percentage increase if your thirst is above 90 to start?
