I assume other aggressive castings mobs will share the same privileges, as the guy was basdically on top of the Foundry sentinel and yet it didn't react (maybe because it was holding no weapon):

Moreover, this should be the sort of thing to actually make the guards go overboard, as it's bad magic (while any magic is already bad).
