Igniting combat torch

Since we already have an option to carry a lightsource without having to use hand slot through hip lantern, maybe we can add same mechanics to the combat torch? So we fill it with fuel and can lit it as a normal torch. I mean, it looks way better when you fight with the torch that's actually lit.
