Claim does not refresh itself nor contents of the house when opening the claim door

Bump... this is still the case.

This is being addressed, but there was a hotfix put in that one can refresh everything on the claim by simply clicking on the claim banner.

Simply walking into the claim, using the claim pole, or using a house sign will refresh the claim or house. If you are taking over unclaimed structures you’ll need to surround those structures with claim area and then within the claim menu press the claim button.

Some of these actions do not give a system message but they are actually being refreshed.
