Do you have any prior experience with Requiem? If so, please detail when (and what characters, if desired) you previously played: I have not played Requiem sadly.


Briefly summarize your prior role-playing experience in a sentence or two:
My first experience was on a UO server called Dragon Fyre and once it departed I haven't done much since then.

Why do you wish to play on Requiem, and what do you expect from the shard?
I recently started playing DnD with some with friends and got an itch to play UO again and to find a Roleplaying Server.

What will your character’s name be?:
Kylaer

Please briefly describe the physical attributes of your character, including age, looks, height, weight and any notable features: Kylaer is 23 who has aged poorly and looks like he is in his mid 30s from the weathered life he has lived. Look's would be a ruggedly handsome man who even though he looks older than he is, is attractive with light blue eyes, long dark hair and keeps stubble, never clean shaven. Has the crows eyes nests and wrinkles in his forehead, his weathered skin looks tough and thick. Not a very tall man standing at 5'6, but is broad and thick weighing about 155lbs. He is a hairy man, with thick hair on his chest/legs/arms.


Briefly state your character’s intentions or motivations for entering the First Province:
He is looking for a fresh start.


Briefly provide a pertinent detail or notable quality of your character’s history (this does not have to be exhaustive nor revealing of any information you wish to keep secret): Grown up a farmers son and helping his dad on the farm his whole life, he has decided that it just wasn't the life he wanted.


Briefly write an in-character response to the following scenario:
Kylaer would count his gold to hopefully have enough to grease guard to make sure passage as he doesn't have the proper paperwork. He came here go lucky and against his parents wishes looking to find himself and wouldn't have left on a whim and not have done the needed research first.

Kylaer is an out going young man who is unsure of what life has in store for him but is willing and eager to live. The young man has a thirst for adventure and is the main reason he left his rural home with his father on the farm. Jared, Kylaers father always hoped that one day Kylaer would take over the family farm being the oldest son of the house, but understands and is semi supportive of Kylaer leaving with hopes deep down that this is just a phase and that his son will return home to claim the farm. Kylaer has a younger sister Katrina at the age of 16 and an even younger brother at the age of 12 named Jarl. His mother, Ayza passed away about 5 years ago getting really sick and not being able to beat the infection in her lungs.
Kylaer is physically strong but also has a thirst for knowledge, constantly trying to master something new. His family would argue that he gets borderline obsessed with things once they catch his eye and he decides that he is interested in whatever it may be. He has always thought even at a young age that he was meant to do something good in the world, that he would make his mark no matter how big or small on the world as someone who helped or saved people. He isn't one who is in search of fame and is quite humble, doing good deeds aren't something he brags about.
