The Crimson Circle

The Crimson Circle is a new and largely unknown entity within the First Province, founded by a group of like-minded individuals who share one common vision: eradicating Torment and purification of Torian lands. By establishing both a strong supply base and specialised task forces, The Circle aims to swiftly and decisively face the threat of Torment and the Ill. Craftsmen, swordsmen and even more esoteric professionals that have witnessed the devastation the Torment brings and realized that the path towards salvation is through unity and collaboration. The Crimson Circle is first and foremost a trading guild, focused on providing crucial support to the Republic forces and other clandestine groups that work towards this shared goal. Based primarily within Fort Praesidium and the lands to the South, The Circle’s goals more often than not align with the ones of the Republic forces and Circle members are often seen supporting Republic forces in the efforts across the Province.

The Circle was formed by Prodian craftswomen Ashi Kirino in Flowerbloom of 1345 upon her arrival to the Province, sent here by the Prodian Consortium chapter to support local Republic and Consortium forces. Since the inception, the circle has grown and now includes seasoned military commanders, surveyors, and other crafters, working towards their common agenda to establish a solid stronghold in the region.

Sigil

The Crimson Circle symbol is a simple “crimson circle”, symbolising the unity and many faced aspects of the group. Members of the circle often wear a single piece of crimson clothing over their standard attire.

Structure

The faction is led by the “Council of Two”, composed by a single member of each branch of the circle. The Vicarius oversees the military aspect within the faction and coordinates the missions while Quaestor covers the role of trading guild overseer.

The Trade Division harbours crafters (Artisans) and suppliers of all sorts of materials, aimed for collective empowerment within the group and providing crucial support for other divisions' efforts.

The Military Division consists of Wardens and Shadows. While Wardens represent more traditional, full-fledged warriors within The Circle, capable of group field operations, Shadows often work alone in the field of espionage and strategic resource assessment.

Redacted [ooc]

The Eclipse Division is not a publicly known division within the circle. To fight fire with fire, the dangers faced around the First Province are often influenced by arcana magicks. Mages (Seekers) who are authorised by the Consortium and are utilising their skills for the betterment of the people within the Province, can find their safe haven within this division.
