Arcane Recipes

I cannot learn arcane linguistic recipes even with 100 Linguistic and the spellcrafter perk.
I would guess there is still a tie in to Artisanry that prevents it.

The code side has been updated to reflect the new requirements of Arcane Linguistics, this will effect all new recipes. Please page staff or myself in game so we can fix the old recipes.
