Sextant Parts, Multiple Recipe

Noticed on the tinkers tools, under Simple and Engineered items, sextant parts appear. They each have separate material requirements.

One is just 3 ingots and 30 minimum skill
The other requires Axel with gears + Hinges and requires 10 minimum skill.

Not certain these are both meant to exist?
