Quiver is not able to be dyed

Per Archin, the quiver should be able to be dyed (thus the 'grey' coloration on the strap). I have tried every legacy dye option as well as cloth/leather dye tubs and nothing appears to be able to dye it. Tubs return the 'you cannot dye that with this type of tub' message.
