Crow's Blood, HP Penalty too Strong

As it stands Crow's blood gives +Night Sight (Duration and effect doesn't list, but that's not really that problematic)

But the penalty is -34 HP Cap, which with stacking only crow's blood due to its' penalty intensity even with diminishing returns ends up -108 HP Cap top end. Already reported in ticket, but I was asked to put it here too.

The rest of the hematology update seems on the level and well done as i've seen so far, i'll keep an eye out for anything weird
