Rapidly Relinquish Rentals

Rentals for both rooms/houses and storage units are often in high demand, but I've noticed at times that several bulk storage units are often empty and seized, but still not available to be rented by someone else. I presume this is going through a week cycle before it becomes available again.

In regards to rooms/houses, I don't know if the same thing happens, but if it does, I think they need the same solution!

Specifically, there should be an option for someone to immediately cede the rental so that it's immediately available for somebody else to rent.

P.S. as I wrap up this post, I realize the same things applies to vendors - it would also be pretty useful to enable players to sell vendor locations in markets without having to wait a week!
