'Add on' structures for Pioneering

This has been something I've spitballed on Discord, but figured I'd throw it up here on the forum. I love the potential behind the pioneering system and it's already capable of some really cool things - largely thanks to being able to ignore placement restrictions from the vanilla UO housing.

While I mourn the lack of Custom Houses from OSI UO, I think that Pioneering could do more just by adding more modular structures (i.e. not just houses and utilities).

Happy to see other suggestions, here's some ideas I have (or seen someone else mention):
- Gazebo!
- Lean-to (i.e. roof attached to the site of a house)
- Patio extension (likely only mesh well with certain houses)
- Platforms of various types, such as might be used for an auction
- Footpaths, something more 'solid' than the (great) stone paths from Legacy Deco

Bonus points if at some point some these non-house structures could support crafting stations (outdoor forge, anyone?)
