Dismantle Option for Leathergoods.

It seems most craft skills have a dismantle/smelt option, or scissors can work on them, except for leather stuff. Is this intentional or can we have a similar option?

Also adding note that scissors do not work on all cloth items either. For example: robes, cloaks, and cloth gloves return "Scissors cannot be used on that to produce anything."

It is also hit or miss whether cloth or leather items work in industrial grinder or trash compactor, leading to many things being thrown away.
