2% DCI on ALL Masterpiece Clothing Items

Right now Masterpiece clothing items have a chance to be either 1% or 2% DCI. My suggestion is to make ALL Masterpiece items a standard 2% DCI, because without that they are basically the same as Extraordinary items except with a description. It's very disappointing when you are filling an order for 2% Masterpiece items and you get the MP only to find out its just 1%.
