It is with deep sorrow I must inform the Province of the death of one of our Faithful.

Sister Joan Verani's remains were unfortunately discovered and I have been informed that due to her vows no man may touch her even in death. I humbly request any able and willing females to aid in recovering her body so she may be properly and respectfully laid to rest upon the pyre where the flames may cleanse her and guide her towards ascension.

I also wish to ask for those willing to escort and guard the group in this solemn duty. Please reach out to me so arrangements can be made.

While I did not have the honor nor pleasure of knowing Sister Verani, I know that she meant much to many. I would like to offer the services of myself and the women of the de Ravin Parish to aid in the recovery of our fallen Sister that she may be given proper Decusian rites and laid to rest.

Thank you so much for volunteering your time to pay respects to Sister Verani. This venture will take us into the Tenebrae woods. I have been advised of the location of her remains, and the best way to enter to retrieve them. Attempts have been made to hopefully clear the way for our group, but the spirits that reside within are dangerous and unpredictable. It was also advised to not harm any trees within the forest as they will react violently.

If all are agreeable we may meet at the stables outside of the ruins of Riverside so I may share the suggested map drawn up, and decide on the best way to proceed.
