Allopathy is really neat, and automatic emotes attached to each treatment step can help demonstrate the work necessary to tend injuries, but I’d like to suggest that each treatment step be limited to one automatic emote.
Each treatment step’s emote is automatically repeated several times, which spams the game journal and congests group roleplay especially. I have found that it even dissuades me from emoting about treatment steps further because I am concerned about overburdening other players’ journals with even more emotes than the repeated automatic ones.

The amount of emotes is directly correlated to your skill level. As annoying as it can be, I don't think it should be changed.
What would be neat is if we could edit the emotes to add our own RP flavor to it.
