- No, sadly not.

How did you hear about Requiem?

- I was looking over google and found a video on - Youtube after reminisign about my childhood playing Ultima Online, many moons ago.


What will your character’s name be?

- Deus Vannsarr

Please briefly describe the physical attributes of your character:

Old and worn, and tired... at the age of Fourty two he has lived a life of hardship, his fingers worn and body riddled with scars of old wounds, Deus although "homely" and handsome in some eyes is seen as peasant and street rat often overlooked by others.

He is an older man with grey whispering hair and a beard with scruffy tones that you would see upon many others of his age group and wealth, or should i say "lack of wealth"

With a slight smell of Lavender he wears dark colours as to blend in with the surroundings, always trying to stay out of sight.

...a shadow.


Briefly state your character’s intentions or motivations for entering the First Province:

He will train and become stronger so that he may serve a wealthy Patreon and hopefully find a family of such to settle in with and forge alliances.

Seeking Wealth, Fame and fortune to build a name for himself and show his worth in the criminal underworld as a Master Assassin and Spy.

Born under the sign of the Angel, his Mother named him as such after the Archangel Decus..
before of course leaving him in the gutter as an orphan....
What cries of an infant bring such creatures?
as the Dogs and cats and rats and frogs crawled over him, chewing and nibbling
But a hand reached through the darkness...
not unlike death cold and withered, but with a face that smiled with crooked teeth.

Picked up by a street gang and raised as a street rat, from a young age he learned the ways of shadow and stealth.
Pick a pocket or two, eat for a day !
Pick a house, eat for a week.
Whilst some seek fame and glory on the battlefield, or knowledge of the Magical Art's he knew only of survival.

Untrusting of strangers and happier with his own thoughts, he drifted through life from town to town, never staying anywhere to long, never showing his face or becoming to comfortable with his surroundings.

Eventually his life of Drifting caught up with him and for some years he was thrown into a Prison at the Midlands, left to fight it out and rot with the other criminals.

But the Angel Decus did not forget their child and fate instead weaved his path onto new adventure.

Fate has yet to reveal what part he plays in the puzzle against the Torment, the endless dead that walk again.

There is still "good" within Deus Vannsarr, perhaps his new life will proove there is hope for even the darkest corners of a man's soul can be lifted by the smallest of lights.
